Employers and employees each create their own BenefitsJournal accounts. Your Company ID links your employee account to the correct organizational group within the platform.
Using the ID provided by your employer, you complete a two-step registration. Your work email, name, and mobile number are linked to your employee account in the system.
When there is activity on your account, an enrollment period opening, or a plan update relevant to you, BenefitsJournal sends an SMS to your registered mobile number. All messages come from BenefitsJournal regarding your account and services.
